James W. Church
 Vice President, Marketing and Sales for Praetorian
 

Jim ChurchMr. Church joined Global Security and Engineering Solutions in November 2005 to promote the Praetorian intelligent surveillance technology with government and commercial clients. Before joining the company, he was employed by Computer Sciences Corporation for three years providing executive services at the US Missile Defense Agency in Washington, DC.

Mr. Church is a native of Oswego, New York and a graduate of Syracuse University, Class of 1973. After serving for two years in law enforcement, Mr. Church entered active duty with the US Army in 1976 where he served for the next 26 years. Mr. Church retired as a Colonel in 2002 after serving as the Division Artillery Commander, 2nd Infantry Division in Korea and as the Chief, Central and Eastern Europe Division, Joint Staff, J5, Washington DC.

Mr. Church holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Alabama in Public Policy Analysis and a Master of Science degree from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University in Strategic Resource Management. He holds professional certifications in project management and knowledge management.
As Vice President, Marketing and Sales for Praetorian, L-3 GSES, Mr. Church oversees the activities of US regional domestic sales teams, international sales, Federal sales, Praetorian marketing, and administrative marketing and sales support.  In addition, Mr. Church is responsible for the management of the Praetorian demonstration center located in Chantilly, VA.
