Mr. Fletcher is an expert in designing operational and functional Security and Surveillance solutions. He joined the Global Security and Engineering Solutions (formerly SYColeman) in February of 2004. Prior to joining the Praetorian team performed operational and security analysis for several clients including the Space and Missile Defense command. Mr Fletcher has world-wide Physical and Operational Security Management experience most recently as the Army Component Commander of the Defense Courier Service. He has extensive inter-governmental agency experience in emergency communications management and program management. He has more than 23 years of Military Service specializing in joint and combined operations. Mr. Fletcher also has extensive experience in Air Defense Missile Systems and in Operations Research and Systems Analysis.
Mr. Fletcher is a 1982 Graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point NY, and holds a Masters degree from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
