Tom Hinrichsen
Tom Hinrichsen has been the Director of Praetorian Business Operations since April, 2007. Prior to coming to Praetorian, he directed SYColeman’s support to the Missile Defense Agency’s multi-billion dollar National Missile Defense Program and led the program’s Financial Management Support Team.
He retired from the Army in 2000, where he served in a variety of operational, financial management, and analytical assignments. He was the lead analyst for the Pentagon’s Manning Program Evaluation Group (PEG) and the thirty billion dollar personnel account for the DCSPER/G1 Resources Division. He directed the Institutional Research Office at the United States Military Academy for three years and led an operations research team at the Army Armor School providing decision support to top Academy and Armor School leadership.
He holds a masters degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree from Ripon College. He is a graduate of the Operations Research Program at the Army Logistics Management College and the Army Command and General Staff College. He has completed all requirements for Level II Acquisition Certification in Business and Financial Management with the Defense Acquisition University.
He and his wife Terri have three daughters and live in Woodbridge, Virginia.
