Team Bios



Mark J. Redlinger
Vice President

Mark Redlinger originally joined the Praetorian team as its Program Director in August of 2005 with over 30 years of experience in program management.  In November of 2006 he became the Chief Operating Officer for Praetorian.  Just recently he took over as the Vice President of Praetorian.  He is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional as well as being an alumnus of the Defense Acquisition University.  Prior to that, Mr. Redlinger was the Director, MDA Programs for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) where he had management oversight of a variety of contracts with approximate annual revenue in excess of $80M supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) by providing scientific, engineering and technical assistance teams in the development of the DoD Missile Defense Program. 

Mark grew up in San Diego, California, but now resides in Lake Ridge, VA.  He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and retired from the Army with the rank of Colonel with just under 22 years of active service.  His last assignments in the military included working on the personal staff of General Eric Shinseki, Chief of Staff, Army focused on Army transformation; and. as the Deputy Director for Planning within what was then DCSOPS where he had oversight of 111 regional strategists in the development of current and future worldwide operational plans as well as the policy direction for the Army’s procurement of air and sealift facilities, equipment, storage, and capabilities to transport and sustain large forces overseas.
