Allan is an experienced Manager for Aviation, Mass Transportation and Maritime programs with more than 40 years experience. He has served as an officer and senior program manager with several, major national architectural, engineering and program management firms. During the past two and half years with L-3 Communications , Allan has specialized in deployment of surveillance management solutions and the development of enterprise architecture and integrated electronic security systems for critical infrastructure and transportation systems. Recent assignments include participation on transit and airport independent assessments review boards. Previously he was responsible for the design and construction of various marine terminals and intermodal facilities. Aviation programs cover airfield, landside, terminals and airport system designs for Baltimore, Buffalo, Reagan National, Dulles, Fort Lauderdale, JFK, Lubbock, Miami, Milwaukee, Oakland, Philadelphia, Cairns and Sydney Airports, as well as major national FAA technical support programs. His participation on mass transportation projects includes contracts with transit agencies in the New York, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Philadelphia, and St Louis. Allan is active in several architectural/engineering and airport and transit associations and has been a speaker at various conferences. He has also served as a national officer for the Society of American Military Engineers.
