F.J. (Buck) Walters
Deputy Director for Business Development and
Marketing
Praetorian
F.J. (Buck) Walters retired from the Army in 1994 at the rank of
brigadier general. For the next two years he provided training and
consultation in business process reengineering and total quality
management. In 1996 he became the chief operating officer of a large
privately held commercial insurance brokerage. In early 2003 he took a
six month leave of absence from his firm to participate as a DOD SES in
the post-hostilities reconstruction of Iraq. Buck joined Praetorian in
February 2007 as the deputy director for business development and
marketing.
